* Brighton District Library has a powerful software tool that can help you build a professional business plan quickly! The software is called Business Plan Pro. The software is available for you to use at Computer #12 on site at the Brighton District Library; individual reservations on that computer can be made up to a day ahead of your arrival. Business.gov - the official website of the U.S. Small Business Administration, has government forms to help you with each stage of a business start-up;
Entrepreneur - with how-to guides, free sample business plans, a networking tool, business-planning and productivity tools;
Franchising.com - franchising opportunities;
Inventors Resources - the U.S. Patent and Tradematk Office's official site for independent inventors;
SCORE - "Counselors to America's Small Business", SCORE is a national association dedicated to helping small business owners form and develop their businesses. The website provides email and online workshops as well as a finding aid for in-person mentoring.
