Jamie-Sue and John: A Holiday Concert

Thursday, December 4; 7:30 pm -8:30 pm (Room A/B)
Singer-musicians Jamie-Sue Seal and John Latini play folk music standards as well as songs they have written. The duo performs holiday and winter-themed music for audiences of all ages.




One-Stroke Holiday Ornaments
Wednesday, December 10, 6:30-8:00pm (Room A/B)
Award-winning one-stroke instructor Donna Roskamp helps us paint holiday ornaments. Supplies are provided by the instructor; a $10 materials fee is due at registration. Registration now at the Information Desk. Phone (810)229-6571 x227 for more information.

Holiday Soapmaking
Monday, December 1, 7:00-8:00pm (Youth Activity Room) - Learn the art of soap making. Creat a small bar of soap for holiday gift giving.Additional soap may be created for a cost of $1.00 per bar. Registration begins 11/ 17. Ages 9 and up.


Draw, Draw, Draw!

Tuesday, December 9, 6:30-7:30pm (Youth Department)
Join us for an evening of drawing. Learn techniques to bring your work to “life”! Registration begins 11/25. Ages 7-12.



Art at the Library is a juried series of two and three-dimensional art exhibitions. Artists must be adult residents of the state of Michigan. The Series is a collaborative endeavor between the Brighton Art Guild and the Friends of the Brighton District Library.
